Do you take walk-ins for the gaming floor?
Yes — guests and members, 18+ with physical ID. Friday and Saturday nights are busiest; arrive before 9 PM if you want a table without waiting.
Can I book a room without a card online?
You can — we hold dates for 24 hours after your email, and payment happens on arrival. It's all done in person or by email, never through a booking engine.
Who do I ask about private events?
Priya, our events director, reads every enquiry to rareglow@gmail.com — expect a floor plan and a firm quote within one business day.
