Hotel guests, event clients, private-party hosts, lounge members and anyone who writes to rareglow@gmail.com.

People, not platforms.
Privacy requests are handled in-house — the same people who check you in.

Only what the stay needs.
Booking details
Name, contact details, dates and guest numbers — given by you when you book by email or the contact form.
Verification
For the gaming floor and the high-limit lounge, we check physical ID on arrival. We don't photocopy it and we don't keep scans.
Messages
Emails you send us are kept while we handle your enquiry, then filed with the booking record.

Four jobs, nothing else.
Run your booking
Rooms, tables and event spaces can't be held without a name and a way to confirm — that's the whole reason we ask.
Meet legal duties
Age verification at the venue and standard record-keeping required of a licensed hospitality business.
Reply to you
Questions, quotes and confirmations go back to the address you wrote from. Nothing more.
04 — Sharing & retention
We don't sell data. Full stop.
No selling, no ad lists
Your details are never sold, rented or passed to marketers. There's no ad business here — it's a hotel.
Only where the law requires
The narrow exceptions: lawful requests from authorities and our own record-keeping obligations.
Kept two years, then shredded
Booking records are retained for two years for accounting and compliance, then securely destroyed.

Your data, your call.
See it
Ask what we hold about you and we'll show you — within 20 working days, as the Act requires.
Fix it
Wrong spelling, old phone number, changed email — tell us and it's corrected the same day.
Remove it
Where the law allows, we'll delete your data on request. Write to rareglow@gmail.com.
Cookies
We keep a couple of essential cookies only — what they are and how to switch them off is on the cookie policy page.
