02 — Overview

A hall that behaves like a venue, not a classroom.

We built the conference wing in 2021 after hosting too many "function room" events in spaces that were clearly storage closets with chairs. The hall has raked seating options, a proper stage, and acoustic panels so speakers don't echo.

Our events team runs every booking personally — from the floor plan to the final coffee urn. You get one contact person who is physically in the building on the day.

Tell us the format

Date, delegate numbers and run-of-day. We reply the same day with availability and a floor plan.

Tech walk-through

The day before, our tech runs the room with your AV lead — mics, screens, lights, the lot.

Event day

Our team runs catering breaks and room resets while you run the show. Pack-down is ours too.

The hall, chairs and tables in your chosen layout, 4K projection, PA with four wireless mics, basic lighting, and a technician for the day before plus the event day itself.

Yes — our kitchen handles vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal as standard. Tell us numbers at booking and we'll plan the menus with you.

That's the point of doing this in a hotel — 38 rooms upstairs, corporate rates for multi-day bookings, and a 7 AM breakfast for early flights.

Yes — evening functions can run in the hall or the adjoining lounge with our bar team. Service always stays face-to-face; we don't do cashless pop-up bars.
