Rooms designed around actual families.
Most hotel "family rooms" are a double bed with a fold-out apology. Ours are proper twins with a kitchenette, a fridge that holds more than two yoghurts, and blackout blinds — because Dunedin summer sunrises start at 5:40 AM.
Kids get a welcome tray on arrival (colouring stuff, snacks, and a voucher for the dessert bar). Cots and high chairs are free — just mention it when you book through the contact form.
